2007 Bremerton Schools Foundation
Funds the First SAT Prep Class at BHS

$10,950 was donated by the Bremerton Schools Foundation to help fund Bremerton’s first SAT prep class.  To participate, students were asked to pay a $25 fee and the balance was picked up by the foundation.  This class would have cost families at least $600.  About 50 students took part in the 12 week program offered by Prep Northwest.  Tests taken during the class indicate that students saw a significant rise in their scores.
